Chak Tutors is the best tuition centre in the area. We opted for the in-person lessons for my daughter and we were amazed at how professional and individual the teaching was. The classes are home-based which made it very comfortable for our daughter who did not want to feel like she was still at school after school. Erin took the time to explain how to get the most marks for her specific exam board, Edexcel, teaching more than just content. I understand they also offer online lessons for anyone who doesn’t want to travel.

Definitely best in the area. We tried centres in Gants Hill, Ilford, Loughton and South Woodford but the home is a much nicer learning environment than all we have tried. Our son seems to really enjoy it when he goes for lessons with Erin and it obviously works as we have seen his grades shoot up from C to A in Maths and Physics GCSE mocks

What subjects do you tutor?
We teach every subject and level, including Maths, English, Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts and more. This is only possible thanks to our diverse network of highly qualified and experienced subject matter experts. Our most commonly taught subjects can be found in our 'Services' page.
Do you offer in-person tutoring?
Yes, we specialise in GCSE and A-Level teaching at our Chigwell premises. Specifically, GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and A-Level Maths. This is offered at a rate £5 above the online rate, due to the additional technology, resources and study materials provided in-person.
Do you offer online tutoring?
Yes, we provide online tutoring for all subjects and levels. This is highly flexible due to the varying locations and schedules of both our students and tutors.
Are the tutors qualified?
Our tutors are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. All are DBS enhanced certified with either a degree in their discipline of teaching from a Russell Group University, and/or 3+ years of successful high level teaching experience.
How can I schedule a session?
You can schedule a session by contacting us via the form on our website, we often respond quickly. Otherwise, phone and WhatsApp are our primary forms of contact.
Do you offer one-on-one sessions?
Yes, we offer personalised one-on-one tutoring sessions to meet individual learning needs.
What are your hours of operation?
Our tutoring services are available 7 days a week from 9 AM to 10 PM British Summer Time, subject to tutors' availability. This flexibility is in place in order to facilitate all students' scenarios, including international students.
